I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was commendable, and I enjoyed the view from my room, but I was often interrupted by staff and faced challenges with my reservation. The culinary offerings were decent, but there could definitely be improvements in service consistency. Overall, while there were positives, the negatives left an impression that it's not quite a refined establishment.
